During manufacturing, assembly and before being dispatched to customers, all MUPEM's products are subjected to strict control processes which guarantee their quality and reliability.

Contact with our customers is vital to enable us to advice the machine that suits best their particular needs.
We offer an after-sales service divided into 4 levels of attention:
 
  • Customer training: We offer comprehensive training courses, custom made to suit each individual customer. During the set-up we train the customer in machine usage and programming. These courses can be held either in MUPEM's factory or the customer's workshop (at the customer's discretion). In addition to these, we also offer maintenance and refresh courses.
  • Free phone support: The client's questions or problems are solved by telephone by our technicians and they are guided in carrying out maintenance tasks. In many cases the customer can solve the problem easily, saving a lot of money.

  • Urgent delivery of spare parts: Our customer service is supported by a permanent stock of spare parts and accessories. If during telephone support it is determined the need of replacing a component, a spare part delivery within 24 hours is offered to the customer*.

  • Direct assistance at the Customer facilities: If necessary, our service engineers are trained in our factory in both mechanical and electronic aspects of the machine, and each engineer can coordinate with our technical department in order to provide a quick response to all customer requirements.
